Entrance Examination
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates into the School for the 18 months (Post Registration) programme leading to the award of Registered Nurse Certificate (RN)
Entry Requirements
Candidates must
. Have five (5) credit passes obtained in not more than two sittings (WASCE?GCE/NECO) in English language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry
. Possess Registered Midwifery (RM) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse Certificates IRPN)

Collection of Application Forms Forms are obtainable in person from the Office of the Deputy Director, Nursing Education/Principal with evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of N7,500 (Seven thousand Five hundred naira only). Payment should be made to UBTH TSA Account in any bank using the REMITA Platform
Submission of Completed Forms
Competed application forms accompanied by four (4) recent coloured passport photograph (taken in the preceding two weeks) should be submitted on or before Monday 15th February 2016
Examination Date
The entrance examination shall hold accordingly
