University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital Admission into Community Health Officers Training Program

The community health officers' training programme, UMTH wishes to inform the general public that 2016/2017 Admission forms for Higher Diploma in Community Health into Community Health Officers' Training Programme are on sale. Application forms are therefore available for all interested candidates for admisstion into two years Higher diploma Programm in Community Health with effect from 05th May to 31st July, 2016.

Eligibility:

Canadidates with Diploma in Community Health and Community Health extension Workers, with five (5) Credits in English, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science and any other two credits in any subject. Candidate must have registered with the Community Health Practitioners' Registration Board of Nigera.

The form should be obtained from the school after payment of non refundable fee of five thousand (N5,000,00) only at the UMTH Sch. Mgt. Acct No: 1790147217 REMITA COLLECTION SKYE BANK.
