University of Uyo - Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the 2013/2014 Certificate and Diploma programmes of the School of Continuing Education, University of Uyo, Uyo.

 Faculty of Clinical Sciences

• Diploma in Biomedical Photography (DBP)

Note: Successful completion of some of the Diploma programmes could enable applicants seek admission by Direct Entry into the University of Uyo or any other University in Nigeria.
General Admission Requirements
Candidates should possess (WASC/NECO/GCE) or its equivalent with Credit passes in four (4) subjects and above at not more than two sittings including English Language and other Departmental requirements. For details, please check the University Website on: www.uniuyo.edu.ng
Please also note that all candidates with SSCE results up to 2010 downward must present their certificates and not statement of result/result slips during screening.
Application Fee: N5,000 (Five Thousand Naira) Only.
Method Of Application
Application forms are obtainable from UNIUYO Microfinance Bank, Town Campus, Key Stone Bank (former Bank PHB) UNIUYO Branch on the payment of a non-refundable application fee of N5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira) only. Receipts of payment must be obtained at the point of payment in the bank.
Application forms can also be obtained from the UNIUYO Liaison Offices in Lagos at No. 2 Modupe Street, Off Kofoworola Crescent, Off Awolowo Way, Ikeja (GSM No. 08145223041, 08036040440) and Abuja at No. 15B Blantyre Street, Wuse II, Abuja (GSM No. 08188967822, 08067979235). Bank draft should be made payable to the School of Continuing Education, University of Uyo, Uyo. The full name and address of the candidate must be written on the reverse side of the Bank draft.
Closing Date:
All completed application forms with photocopies of relevant credentials and Original copy of receipt of payment for the application form should reach the Office of the Administrative Secretary, School of Continuing Education, University of Uyo not later than 6th January, 2013.
