Application forms for admission into the Community Health Officers' Training School, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital for 2018/2019 school session is now on sale.
Applicants must be holders of Diploma in Community Health with not less than 2 years post qualification experience or Community Health Extension Workers with 2 years' experience. All Applicants must have 5 credits levels passes in SSCE, WASCE, NECO or GCE O/L at not more than 2 sittings which must include English Language, Mathematics and Biology/Health Science.
In addition, all applicants must be registered with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria and possess a valid practicing license. Application forms are available at the Community Health Officers Training school, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, Uyo at the cost of N7,000.00 only. Closing date is May 7th, 2018.
Entrance examinations' dates will be communicated to the applicants after the closing date.
