Applications are invited for admission into the School of Health Information Management for a two year course leading to the award of National Diploma (ND) Higher National Diploma (HND) in Health Information Management 2019/2020 Academic Year.

Entry Qualifications:

Candidate must have obtained the basic minimum entry requirements of five (5) credits at not more than two (2) sitting in WASCE, GCE, SSCE or NECO in the following subject: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry or Physic and any other subject.

Method of Application:

Application forms are obtainable from the school of Health Information Management, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, Uyo with a non-refundable fee of N7,000.00 (Seven thousand naira) only payable to the Hospital (University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, School Collection Account No. 0049973287 Sterling Bank UUH Branch). The bank teller should be presented before the issuance of applications forms.
