Association for Reproductive and family  health (ARFH) is one of leading Nigeria Non-Governmental organizations implementing 
 
programs forimproving Sexual  and Reproductive Health (SRH), Prevention, Care and Support ofHIv/AIDS.
Tuberculosis (TB) and Malaria, etc. we seek applications from qulifications from qualified persons for new project increasing
access to Contraceptives through Training of CHEWS as part of Task-Shifting Policy in Nigeria (UNFPA funded) in our lbadan Head Office as well as other positions. 
 
Project Coordinator. Location -Ibadan 
Specific Responsibilities: 
General coordination and management of the project, 
Coordinate partners' and stakeholders' activities, including creating enabling environment for effective project implementation. 
.  Work with project M&E team to strengthen impact evaluation framework and coordinate with state team leaders in the measurement of project outputs and impact evaluation. 
Collate, review and monitor project repons and ensure that they correctly reflect the performance on the field, Prepare and submit high quality programmatic reports in line with donor requirements. 
Coordinate all capacity building activities including manuals review, ToT and training of CHEW. 
Review training plans and align same to meet capacity needs at States, LGA and Community levels. 
Leads advocacy to the Public and Private sectors to generate support for project 
Provide technical assistance and support to States and Local governments in the implementation of the project, to promote ownership and susiainabiliry. 
Coordinate Project Close-ourprocesses and Publications. 
Qualifications: 
An MBBS. with additional qualifications such as MPH and/or PhD in Social Sciences. Preference will be given to candidates with a previous managerial experience in FP programming. Aminimum of seven years' experience with national, international or government agencies in training on family planning is required. The candidate should have strong interpersonal communication skills. excellent written and spoken English Language and proficiency in the use of Computer applications in 
MS Office Suite applications, including Word -, Excel, and Powerl'oint and relevant web based M & E softwares used to generate project reports. 
Programme Officers (3 Positions), Location -lbadan 
Specific Responsibilities: 
The Program Officer is responsible for program implementation under the supervision of the Project Coordinator and duties include: 
Provision of technical and programmatic support to the different audiences & stakeholders to implement high quality capacity building initiative. 
Conduct advocacy activities and work in partnership with FMoH,.SMoH.. LGAs, Health Management Board. community leaders and other implementing partners. 
Participate ill project review meetings. project monitoring, reporting and documentation 
Qualifications: 
MRBS, degree in nursing profession or social sciences. A Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) and at least 3 years 
post NYSC experience in RHlFP programming will be an added advantage. 
Senior Medical Laboratory Scientist/ Coordinator HIV & Laboratory Services. Location- Ibadan 
Specific Responsibilities: 
Supervise laboratory activities and demonstrate application of chemical, biological and hematological. principles, laboratory instrumentation, methods. principles and techniques. 
. Carry out laboratory investigations while observing safety precautions and handling of infectious specimens.-Design. 
. implement and improve laboratory procedures and safety. 
. Assist with project implementation, support for review meetings, monitoring of service delivery points, monitoring/  evaluation, Coordinate Capacity building of partners at state and community levels and training of health service workers, 
.Coordinate my counseling and testing services including monitoring of ARFH HCT centers .. 
. Monitoring of patients and drug adherence, Reports and documentation. 
Qualificatlons: 
RSc. Medical Laboratory Science! Associate of Medical Laboratory Science Councilof Nigeria. M .Sc inMedical Laboratory Science is an added advantage. At least five years' of related experience in medical laboratory Held, and TB/HIV/AIDs, prevention, treatment, care and support Candidates must be registered with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria, Fellows of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria will also be an added. advantage.
