Partnerships Plus (SCHARP Plus) will provide leadership, management, coordination, and technicalexpertise for the planning implementation, monitoring and reporting for the SCHARP Plus project S/He will work as part of the Program Management Team and with guidance from the Director of Programs, 
Minimum Recruitment Standards: 
MSc, in public health or the behavioral sciences with 7-9 years' experience and a minimum of 5 years in HIV/AIDS programming, and.experience working with NGOs and CBOs'required, 
Or BSc in public health or the behavioral sciences with 9-11 years' experience and a minimum of 5 years in HIV/AIDS programming, and experience working with NGOs and CBOs required, Candidates with experience working with CDC funded projects will have an added advantage, Knowledge of HIV/AIDS programming and project monitoring is required, 
The Technical Officer for Laboratory Services will liaise with the Program Coordinator for SHARP and the laboratory team at Country Office to provide technical support and implement high quality laboratory services within the states for FHI Nigeria programs including adherence to relevant professional standards and guidelines, and involvement with laboratory clinical governance issues and audit
Minimum Recruitment Standards: 
BSc in Laboratory sciences or related field with 5-7 years post NYSC experience and a minimum of 3 years' experience in provision of laboratory support for HIV/AIDS, 
Or Master degree in Laboratory sciences or related field with 3-5 years post national youth service experience and a minimum of 3 years' experience in provision of laboratory support for HIV/AIDS,
Proven ability and track record of implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control in a laboratory setting is a must 
Knowledge of advanced laboratory procedures, diagnosis and management related to HIV/ AIDS care and treatment is requiredwith some experience in an international development organization preferred, 
Certification of license to practice as a medical laboratory scientist is required, 
Expertise in hemalologytTB and blood safety issues will be-an added advantage, 
Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs highly desirable 
The Senior program Officer will work with the State Program Manager to provide oversight, coordination, monitoring and reporting of all FHI 360 Nigeria activities in the assigned state, 
Minimum Recruitment Standards: 
BSc, in public health, business ,administration, health sciences, behavioral sciences or its recognized equivalent with 5-7 years of relevant experience with international development programs. 
MSc, in public health, business administration, health sciences, behavioral sciences or its recognized equivalent with 3-5 years relevant experience with international development programs, 
Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is required, 
The Senior Technical Officer (M&E),under the supervision of the State Program Manager, and with technical oversight from the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation, is responsible for the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation for the state office, S/he will work with others in the state office and local implementing partners to ensure that state monitoring and evaluation activities are appropriate and meet the donor and project's M&E needs. 
Minimum Recruitment Standards: 
MBBS with 3 to 5 years relevant experience in project-level or state/national-level monitoring and evaluation system implementation for Global Health Initiatives, ' 
Or MPH or MSc in relevant degree with 5 to 7 years relevant experience in project-level or statel national-level monitoring and evaluation system implementation for Global Health Initiatives, 
Or Bsc, in statistics, pharmacy, microbiology, monitoring and evaluation or in relevant degree with 7 to 9 years relevant experience in project-level or state/national-Ievel monitoring and evaluation system implementation for Global Health Initiatives, 
Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable, 
The Senior Technical Officer for Laboratory Services will provide technical expertise and assistance in implementing high quality laboratory services within the care and treatment project in Nigeria, including laboratory capacity development at project health facility sites, 
Minimum Recruitment Standards: 
BSc in Laboratory sciences with 7-9 years post NYSC experience and a minimum of 5 years' experience in provision of laboratory support for HIV/AIDS, 
. Or Master degree in Laboratory sciences or related field with 5-7 years post.NYSC experience and a minimum of 5 years' experience in provision of laboratory support for HIV/AIDS. 
.Experience in the management of laboratory services, particularly health facility-based services, including quality assurance systems, laboratory analysis, and interpretation and reportingtechniques based on best practices, quality management practices and safe work practices, 
. Knowledge of advanced laboratory procedures, diagnosis and management related to HIVI 
. AIDS care and treatment is required with some experience in an international development organization preferred, 
.  Certification of license to practice as a medical laboratory scientist is required, 
. Expertise in hematology, TB and blood safety issues will be an added advantaqe. 
The Assistant Technical Officer will provide technical and programmatic support to implement high quality care and support activities with primary focus on clinical management of HIV/AIDS, Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission of HIV/AIDS, Reproductive Health/Family Planning (RHI FP), TB and integrated medical services at the state level. S/He will also support monitoring and evaluation activities in the state. 
Minimum Recruitment Standards: 
. MBBS or similar degree with minimum of 1 year relevant experience in clinical care with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings. 
BSc. Nursing, Public health, Pharmacy or other closely related field with 1-3 years relevant experience. 
Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable. 
The Senior Gender Specialist will be expected to advocate for greater attention to gender perspectives, providing the necessary rationales and advice on approaches to support gender mainstreaming throughout FHI 360. S/he will be responsible for integrating gender sensitive approaches to technical assistance. S/he will promote high level of collaboration, communication and cooperation with government facilities and identify appropriate interventions. 
Minimum Recruitment Standards: 
MSc. in Development Studies, Gender Studies, Sociology, Anthropology or related discipline with 5-7 years' work experience in gender integration at the national or international level. 
. Expertise in gender analysis, strategic planning, and integrating gender balance into project design and management is required. 
Experience in dealing with issues of women's rights and gender mainstreaming within public institutions and/or international organizations required. 
Hands-on experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of development projects is required. 
Preferably a recognized gender expert in the field, with first-hand knowledge of gender experience working' in Economic Development, Gender equality issues, Public Policy, or Social Development.
