Grace Drugs & Healthcare Limited situated in Surulere, Lagos State - Nigeria is currently recruiting to fill the following positions;
Position 1: Field Force Manager [Pharmacist]
Location: Lagos State - Nigeria.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Develop improvement in the quantity and quality of sales team activities to deliver key messages and deliver sales targets and build long term business.
• Drive sales force effectiveness by monitoring and analyzing customer profiling and targeting, sales team calls quantity and quality.
• Improve on existing call planning and target achievement for  Sales Team.
• Keep abreast of key market developments & its potential impact on sales and performance.
• Support and enhance relationships with key customers.
• Analyze and develop action plans and monthly reporting of Sales Team performance.
• Ensure implementation of marketing activities in the field and to make continuous improvement.
• Develop improvement of the management and data processing of customer data and reports of Sales Team activities.
• Achieve company sales objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Applicants must be qualified/certified Pharmacist.
• Registered with PCN.
• Valid practicing license.
• Excellent computer skills with hands-on experience in data processing and data management.
• Should have at least 3 years’ experience in sales function as Regional Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Must be adaptable and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain good business relationships.
• Must be positive, a team-player, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Result oriented with good analytical skills.
• Current driver’s license.
Salary/Remuneration:
Remuneration will commensurate based on experience.
Position 2: Medical Sales Representative
Locations: Lagos, Abuja, Rivers, Abia, Enugu, Kano, Oyo States - Nigeria.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Applicants must possess BPharm or B.Sc  in a any relevant field from a recognised institutions.
• Professional certificates are also acceptable.
• Applicants must be self-accountable
• Applicants must be ready to work with or without prior supervision
• Applicants must be a team-player
• Applicants must be dedicated to his/her duties
• Applicants must have a prior knowledge of the use of computer
• Applicants must excellent communication skills
