Warning To All Intending Applicants Into Nursing/Midwifery Schools In Nigeria

The attention of the Nursingworld Nigeria has once again been drawn to the activities of some unscrupulous group of people who place fake advertisements on the internet for admission into various schools of Nursing across the country. 
 
Some go by spurious names and false identities such as Dr (Mrs) Stella Williams, Mr Ben, Deacon/Bishop David, Dr. Bello of Alimosho General Hospital or Professor Adeleke of (LASUTH)/LUTH. They invite unsuspecting individuals to call some of these numbers below and pay into their personal accounts telling them that the sale of forms would be ending in the next few hours after their calls.

Using the app "TrueCaller" the Following results came up on the numbers:
 
Please kindly note that schools of nursing do not send text message or e-mail, request any prospective candidate for admission to pay any money into an agent’s (Individual or Corporate) bank account. 
 
Members of the Public are again advised to channel all enquiries regarding sale of forms and admission procedures to admission offices of the schools or the Nursing department at their various state secretariates for any clarification.
 
Anyone who deals with these touts does so at his or her own risk.
