QUALIFICATIONS  

Professor. Candidates must possess a Ph.0 Degree in relevant hells, with minimum of Fifteen (15) years of cognate teaching expenence and research at University level or a fellowship in a medical field. C.andodates muse have a minimum of 24 scholarty publications in Local, National and Foreign in orculation and 3 letters of aoseptance. Candidates must be registered or be registrable with the relevant professional bodies where applicable.  

Senior Lecturer: Candidates must possess a Ph.D. Degree In relevant fields, with minimum of nine (9) years of teaching experience on a University or three (3) years as Lecturer I plus Ph.D or a fellowship In Medical field. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 scholarly publications in art alation and 2 letters of acceptance. Candidates must be registered or be registrable with the relevant professional bodies where applicable.  

Lecturer I: Candidates must possess a Ph.D. Degree in relevant fields, plus six (6) years of cognate teething experience at University level. Candidates must have a minimum ei scholarly publeaboos in circulation and 2 letters of acceptance. Holders of FellowshoahOcation In the faculty of Medical Soenoes are also eligible to apply.  

Lecturer II: (Ancliciates must possess a higher *green relevant fields , preferably a PhD plus at least three (3) years teaching experience at the University Level or comparable Institution and 3 scholarly publications in reputable journals. In the case the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, a Masters Degree, MBBS, BDS or Its equivalent may be considered Candidate must be registered or be registrable with the relevant professional bodies where applicable.  

Assistant Lecturer: Candidates must possess a good honours degree in relevant fields not elow second class upper division plus masters. Proof of scholarly publication is an added advantage. candidate must be registered or be registrable with the relevant professional bodies where applicable

The remunerabon and other conditions of service are as applicable IN all federal Universities and as may be determined from time-to-time by the Government/Governing Council as appropriate
