We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Associate Pharmacist

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Proposing and driving sales and marketing initiatives
  • Good knowledge of up and cross-selling techniques
  • Accurately and safely dispense prescription medications to customers ensuring compliance and quality standards
  • Maintaining proper inventory levels in the store, ensuring the availability of products while managing reasonable stock coverage levels
  • Collaborating with the team to provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience
  • Proactively researches and proposes products for selection/deselection
  • Proposing and driving product promotion initiatives
  • Continuously coach the sales associate to boost their skills
  • Demonstrating a strategic mindset for long-term value creation
  • Regularly monitoring local competition and stay up to date with developments and trends in the pharmaceutical field
  • Good knowledge of point-of-sales and general store operations
  • Working closely with the Superintendent Pharmacist and other team members to achieve the store's operational goals/targets while maintaining a cooperative and efficient work environment.
  • Being an inspirational carrier of Lifestore's culture and beliefs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree (B-Pharm)
  • Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, practices and ethics
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills
  • Customer-centric attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Proficiency in pharmacy software and record-keeping systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • As a full-time Associate Pharmacist, your standard working hours are expected to range around 50 hours per week.
  • Your work will require you to work evenings and weekends
