We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Care Coordinator

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

• Receives calls from patients directly and /or receives calls transferred from call centre agents (care coordinators) and handles such calls as per Health Connect 24x7 policies and procedures.
• Ensure that patients receive accurate diagnosis and care in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Qualification - MBBS / MBChB / MD.
• Ability to speak Hausa language, fluency is a prerequisite for the interview.
• Excellent listening and communication skills for dealing with patients
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records about each patient
• Explain test results and provide patients with plan of care details
