Key Responsibilities

  • The Chief Nursing Officer will champion nursing excellence across the hospital, shaping a culture of compassionate care and clinical innovation.
  • This role will be responsible for advancing nursing practice, nurturing talent, and ensuring that patient care consistently meets international standards.
  • Direct the development and implementation of nursing care models that prioritize patient dignity and safety.
  • Inspire and empower nursing teams through mentorship, training, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource management to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Lead initiatives in quality improvement, infection prevention, and patient advocacy.
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative leaders to drive integrated, multidisciplinary care.
  • Serve as the hospital’s voice on nursing matters with regulatory agencies and community partners.
  • Ensure all nursing activities comply with statutory and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or specialty certification preferred.
  • Active NMCN license.
  • At least 15 years of progressive nursing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in clinical governance, team leadership, and quality assurance.
