Role Overview

• We are seeking a qualified Dialysis Support Technician to assist in the safe and effective delivery of dialysis treatments.
• The role focuses on patient support, machine operation, and maintaining high clinical and safety standards within the dialysis unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and shut down dialysis machines for treatment sessions.
• Prepare patients for dialysis and monitor them during procedures.
• Observe and record vital signs, reporting any irregularities.
• Maintain dialysis equipment and ensure proper disinfection protocols.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and clinical guidelines.
• Accurately document treatment activities and patient data.
• Support medical staff during dialysis-related procedures.

Requirements

• Training or certification in Dialysis Technology or a related healthcare field.
• Prior experience in a dialysis or hospital setting.
• Knowledge of dialysis equipment and safety procedures.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends if required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with hemodialysis machines.
• BLS or CPR certification.
