Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to executives, demonstrating a high level of intelligence, adaptability, and discretion.
  • This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks with efficiency and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting top-level executives.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Male/female are preferred and must be between the ages of 25 and 35 years old.

Reporting Relationship:

  • Reports directly to the Managing Director.
