Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and targets.
• Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry professionals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior executive role, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and profitability.
