We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head of Quality and Patient Safety
Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT)
Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality and Patient Safety Department
- Drive hospital-wide quality initiatives and risk management strategies
- Oversee compliance with JCI standards and other accreditation bodies
- Develop and implement patient safety policies and improvement programs
Qualifications and Requirements
- Clinical Degree (e.g., MBBS, BDS, BNSC, BPharm)
- Minimum of 4 years experience in healthcare quality management
- Membership with the Society for Quality in Healthcare in Nigeria (SQHN)
- Strong experience with JCI, COHSASA, or Safecare accreditation processes
