Job Title: Intern Pharmacist

Location: Mushin, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Pharmacist Intern to join our pharmacy team.  
• This position provides an excellent opportunity for practical experience and learning under the supervision of licensed pharmacists.  
• The Pharmacist Intern will assist in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing customer service while gaining valuable exposure to pharmacy operations in a retail setting.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with over-the-counter medication inquiries and product recommendations.
• Support licensed pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions.
• Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of medication.
• Provide advice on the proper use and storage of medications.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
• Monitor and check the inventory of pharmaceutical products.
• Assist with the preparation of prescriptions and handling patient records.
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical guidelines and regulations.

 

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a pharmacy program or recently graduated.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceuticals, medication management, and health-related matters.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow established guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

 

Salary

N100,000 - N120,000 / month.
