We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Radiographer

Location: Lekki Lagos,

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports to: Hospital Business Manager / Medical Director

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray and other approved diagnostic imaging procedures accurately and safely.
• Ensure proper patient identification, positioning, care, and confidentiality.
• Maintain radiation safety and infection prevention standards.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report faults promptly.
• Maintain accurate imaging records and ensure images are properly stored.
• Submit daily activity reports and monthly departmental reports on time.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Attend to patients professionally and minimise waiting times.
• Maintain punctuality, comply with duty rosters, and report absences promptly.
• Comply with hospital policies, professional ethics, and management directives.

Key Performance Indicators

• Image quality and patient satisfaction.
• Radiation safety compliance.
• Accurate records and timely reports.
• Equipment maintenance and prompt fault reporting.
• Punctuality and adherence to duty schedules.

Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Sc. in Radiography or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Current RRBN registration and valid practising licence.
• Relevant experience in diagnostic imaging.
• Good communication, computer, and documentation skills.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
