Description
- We are seeking a skilled and proactive Inventory Specialist (Pharmacist) to oversee the inventory and stock management of our pharmacy operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels, preventing shortages or overstock, and maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical inventory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage stock levels of medications and supplies.
- Track inventory movement using pharmacy software and stock control systems.
- Plan and coordinate stock replenishment based on demand and usage trends.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and shelf-life tracking of all inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Work closely with procurement and dispensary teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for drug storage and handling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) and a valid PCN license.
- 2+ years of experience in inventory or pharmacy stock management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Familiarity with pharmacy inventory software and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Integrity, accountability, and the ability to work independently.
Salary
- N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.
