JOHESU: Notice of Fifteen (15) Days Ultimatum and Commencement of an Indefinite Strike Action

The Joint Health Sector Unions (JOHESU) and Assembly of Healthcare Professional Associations (AHPA) which is made up of five Registered Trade Unions in the health sector wish to refer you to our various correspondences on the plight of our members as communicated through our letters Reference Numbers:

Which highlighted a number of our outstanding welfare issues, particularly (iv) which led to a 7-day warning strike action that took place between Sunday 13th September, 2020 to 19th September, 2020.

The welfare issues highlighted in these quotes letters above include;

1. Adjustment of Consolidated Health Salary Structure (CONHESS) as was done with consolidated Medical Salary Structure (CONMESS) since 2014
