Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Location: Fola Osibo - Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Responsibilities

• Collect, label, and prepare biological or chemical samples for testing.
• Conduct laboratory tests and experiments accurately under standard operating procedures.
• Record and analyze results, ensuring precision and compliance with quality standards.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and other materials required for testing.
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and laboratory records.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the lab.
• Assist in research or diagnostic projects as required.
• Support senior scientists or medical staff in specialized laboratory tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
• Relevant certification and professional license (if applicable, e.g., MLSCN for Nigeria).
• 1–3 years of experience in a laboratory setting (internship may be considered).
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Salary

• N90,000 / Month.
