The Management and staff of the Federal College of Dental Technology and Therapy, Enugu invite applications from interested and suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

Job Title: Librarian

Location: Enugu

Employment Type: Full Time

Qualification and Experience

• Candidates must possess a good first degree in Library Science from a recognized Institution with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division plus an NYSC Discharge Certificate or Evidence of Exemption; and
• Candidate must not be below the rank of Deputy Librarian in a recognized Tertiary Institution

Responsibilities

• The Librarian shall be responsible to the Rector for the administration of the College Library and the coordination of the library services in the teaching Departments of the College;
• Perform such other library functions as the Rector may assign to hire/her;

Salary and Conditions of Service

• Salary and conditions of service shall be by the Public Service salary structure for this category of officers.

Tenure

• It shall be five (5) years initially renewable once.
