Job Title: Matron

Location: Agungi, Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

We are hiring for an experienced Matron with the following details:

• Candidate should have at least an Undergraduate Degree in Nursing with 5 - 10 years work experience.
• Oversee and lead teams of nurses in hospitals or clinics, and they ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
• Responsible for infection control and cleanliness, and other responsibilities as required.
• Candidates should have some leadership experience in addition to extensive clinical experience
• Schedule staff, manage patient assignments, and track admissions and discharges.
• Ensure that departments run smoothly.
• Participate in planning their department's budget, oversee accounting, and assist with the preparation of financial reporting, resolve staff and patient care issues, also meet with peers from other departments and collaborate as needed on projects to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Interact professionally with physicians who have issues with a patient's care or who might require special equipment or have other unique needs.

Salary

N250,000 monthly.
