Since opening in 1996, the hospital has been dedicated to providing specialized services in women's, children's, and family health. The hospital is managed by a group of consultants in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Medicine, and Surgery.

Job Title: Medical Director

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Medical Director at St. Ives Specialist Hospital in Lagos. The Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including providing medical leadership, collaborating with physicians and healthcare staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• The Medical Director will also be responsible for strategic planning, setting clinical policies and procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Medicine, Obgyn, paediatrics, and surgery
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with physicians and healthcare professionals
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of clinical policies and procedures
• Experience in strategic planning and healthcare administration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Medical Degree and board certification
