Job Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist

Job Summary

• We are in search of an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our diagnostic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests that are essential for patient diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct medical laboratory tests including hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and urinalysis.
• Analyze and interpret test results accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure all instruments are functioning properly.
• Ensure all testing procedures comply with quality control standards and laboratory protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of test results, reagents, and sample tracking.
• Support the medical team by providing laboratory insights for patient management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS).
• Valid license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
• Minimum of 2 years’ post-NYSC experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory.
• Excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

Salary

N250,000 per month.
