Job Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist

Description

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, receive, label, and analyze biological samples (blood, urine, stool, swabs, etc.)
• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, serology, and histopathology (where applicable)
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely delivery of test results
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment
• Adhere strictly to laboratory safety standards, infection control, and quality assurance protocols
• Document test procedures and maintain accurate laboratory records

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science
• Must be fully registered with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN)
• Valid practicing license
• Minimum of [1–3] years relevant work experience
• Sound knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality control standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.

Salary

N180,000 - N230,000 Monthly.
