As part of its expansion plans, the company is seeking to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Record Officer

Location: Kaduna

Duties

To design and oversee health information systems to ensure that they meet medical, legal and ethical standards. This will include:

• Managing patient demographics.
• Identifying and maintaining patient records.
• Manage patient history.
• Manage clinical documents and notes.
• Present care plans, guidelines, and protocols.
