Further to circular No. HCSF/SPSO/ODD/NCE/CND,100/S.10/III/112 dated 12th April 2021 from the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation Conveying the decision reached at the 42nd meeting of the National Council on establishment for the removal of internship progammes/housemanship/NYSC doctors from the scheme of service, the National Salaries, Income and Wages Commission hereby issues the table of allowances to be paid to the interns attached as Annex I. these allowances have been derived from their current remunerations as applicable in the Federal Public Service such that there is no loss in earnings. The allowances in Annex I will be Adjusted if future changes occur in the professional allowances by follow-up circulars from the commission.
