About the Role

• The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient-centered care and uphold the hospital’s standard of clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor, record, and report patient conditions promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid RN license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
• 1–2 years clinical experience in a reputable healthcare institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, detail-oriented, and committed to patient safety.
