Job Title: Optometrist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Summary

• An Optometrist will be resposible for playinga vital role in maintaining and improving patients’ vision as below:

 

Responsibilities

• Diagnose eye conditions, prescribe corrective lenses, and provide treatment for various visual problems.
• Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess overall eye health.
• Screen for common issues like glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.
• Educate patients about eye health, promoting awareness and prevention strategies.
• Refer patients to ophthalmologists when surgical intervention is necessary.

 

Requirements

• Interested Candidate must obtain a Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree.
• Candidate must have passed the licensing examinations.
• Previous work experience is required.
