Job Title: Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Location: Lagos

About the Job

• We are looking for an experienced Order Fulfillment Coordinator to be a part of our fulfillment team.  
• As a part of the job role, you will be responsible for providing order management for all commercial orders, releasing orders for shipment according to sales policy and customer requirements.  
• You will investigate and resolve complex customer requests as well as respond to customers via different channels of communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy with at least 1+ years of experience as an Order Fulfilment Coordinator, a Community Pharmacist, a Hospital Pharmacist, or similar positions within the pharmaceutical industry.  
• Having a calm composure in stressful situations. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Having an eye for detail.  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
