Job Title: Pharmaceutical Care Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

• The Pharmaceutical Care Manager will be responsible for guiding patients in their medication needs and providing professional advice to enhance their care.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with patients as a primary contact.
• Coordinate medication requests and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and address any issues.
• Follow up regularly with patients to address concerns and provide updates.
• Provide information on new medications and services.
• Stay informed about current pharmaceutical products and services.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional (doctor, pharmacist, nurse, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-focused and compassionate approach.
• Ability to build and sustain long-term patient relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Compensation
NGN 100,000 monthly.
