Job Title: Pharmacist

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Processing of claims and bills of Stakeholders.
• Engagement with Stakeholders, product presentation and health talks.
• Resolving of complaints via email and one on one communication.
• Processing of pharmacy benefit scheme.
• Handling telemedicine platforms.
• Case management of patients on admission.
• Processing and approval of tariff negotiations with hospital.
• Quality Assurance check of hospitals.
• Reports to NHIS and Stakeholders.

Key Performance Indicators

• Measurable generation of income for the organization for assigned services and products
• Continued positive client satisfaction and feedback
• Providing the right treatment to clients based on medical history and physical exam.

Qualification and Experience

• B.Sc in Pharmacy
• 1 - 2 years’ experience.
