Job Summary
We are hiring for a Pharmacist & Pharmacy Technicians with a passion for clinical excellence and operational strategy to lead our pharmacy services team and elevate patient care standards.
General Core Responsibilities
- Drive clinical excellence in medication management.
- Lead strategic pharmacy planning, policy development, and team performance.
- Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee inventory, budgeting, and stock taking.
- Champion continuous learning, safety, and innovation amongst Pharmacy floor staff.
General Qualifications
- B.Pharm or Pharm.D with 1 - 3 years of experience
- Strong expertise in drug safety and compliance
- Proficient in pharmacy systems and data analytics.
- Team leadership.
