Job Title: Pharmacist (Mid Level)

Location: Lagos and Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

 

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Pharmacist to drive sales growth, deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care, and support the overall profitability of our retail pharmacy operations. The role combines clinical excellence with commercial awareness and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions accurately and provide patient counselling to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Organise and manage the pharmacy layout for efficient identification of drugs and sundries
• Oversee inventory movement to prevent product deterioration, shortages, and expiry
• Drive the marketing and delivery of pharmacy services, including rapid health checks
• Contribute to sales growth, category performance, and branch profitability through innovation and customer-focused initiatives
• Stay current with trends and advancements in the health sector through continuous learning and professional collaboration
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and professional practice standards

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with 3-5 years experience.
• Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist
• Working knowledge of MS Office and pharmacy information systems
• Strong communication skills, professional integrity, and a patient-centred approach

Salary

N300,000 - N400,000 / Month.
