Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions.
- Verify prescription information for accuracy.
- Label, package, and store medications properly.
- Maintain accurate patient and inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or expired drugs.
- Provide courteous assistance to customers and respond to inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
- Valid Pharmacy Technician license.
- Minimum of OND / HND in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N120,000 / month
