Westcare Hospital group was conceived in 1997. This idea was brought to fruition in May 1998 when the first hospital was founded and named Ilogbo central Hospital. The hospital was named after Ilogbo town near Ajangbadi, Ojo LGA of Lagos in which the hospital was situated.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Location: Egbeda, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Key Responsiblities

• Dispense medications to patients in line with prescriptions and hospital protocols.
• Interpret prescription orders accurately and flag unclear entries for clarification.
• Manage pharmacy inventory stock receiving, arrangement, tracking, and documentation.
• Handle medication billing and proper record-keeping.
• Ensure proper storage of medications (temperature control, FIFO/expiry monitoring).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
• Report low stock, medication shortages.

Requirements

• Pharmacy Technician Certificate from an accredited institution.
• Registration and valid license with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) is required.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in retail or hospital pharmacy is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must reside within Egbeda or immediate environs for easy commute.
