Job Title: Physiotherapist
Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Key Responsibilities
Health Care Services:
- Provide first aid and emergency care for illness or injury during school hours.
- Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate logs.
- Monitor students with chronic conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, epilepsy) and ensure care plans are in place.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to health-related incidents on campus.
Health Records & Documentation:
- Maintain up-to-date health records for all students in compliance with school policy and regulations.
- Document incidents, treatments, and communications with parents/guardians.
- Ensure immunization records are current and follow up on outstanding requirements.
Health Education & Promotion:
- Educate students and staff on hygiene, nutrition, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Support school-wide health initiatives (e.g., wellness programs, mental health awareness).
Infection Control & Environmental Health:
- Monitor and manage communicable disease cases and outbreaks in accordance with public health guidelines.
- Implement and oversee infection control protocols, including hand hygiene, sanitization, and sick bay cleanliness.
Liaison & Communication:
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student health concerns or emergencies.
- Coordinate with local health authorities, medical personnel, and school counselors when necessary.
- Work closely with staff to identify and support students with special health needs.
Administrative Duties:
- Prepare regular reports on student health trends, medical incidents, and nursing activities.
- Ensure the sick bay/clinic is adequately stocked and equipment is maintained.
- Review and update the school’s health policies as needed.
