We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Pharmacist

Location: Igando, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Pharmacist (Fresher) who is eager to learn and grow within our pharmaceutical manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate will support daily production activities, ensure compliance with GMP standards, and contribute to maintaining high-quality manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of daily production activities.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and company SOPs.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Participate in line clearance, in-process checks, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate batch manufacturing and packaging records.
• Support equipment cleaning, validation, and calibration activities.
• Report deviations, non-conformances, and production issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with QA, QC, and Engineering teams.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the production area.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
• Must have completed NYSC
• Must be registered or registerable with PCN.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive and adaptable attitude.
