Sales Force Consulting (a subsidiary of SF Metrics & Analytics Ltd) - Our client is a hospital facility located in Abakaliki with well equipped digital facilities for medical laboratory, maternity and hospital practice to deliver optimal healthcare services.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Radiographer

Location: Abakaliki, Ebonyi

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Summary

• They urgently seek to recruit an experienced Radiographer who is competent in ultrasound, CT Scan, etc equipmentas follows.

Responsibilities

• Operate various imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, MRI scanners, and ultrasound machines.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and answering questions, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Take and process images, ensuring that the images are of high quality and meet the required diagnostic standards.
• Ensure radiation safety for both patients and healthcare staff, following protocols and regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including imaging results and procedures.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal operation and image quality.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results and plan patient care..
• Perform routine quality control checks on imaging equipment to ensure its proper functioning.

Requirements

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Radiography.
• Previous experience in a similar leadership position is a plus.
• Membership of related professional associations is an advantage.

Other Conditions:

• Candidates should ensure they presently reside in Abakaliki or can easily procure accommodation.

Skill Set:

• Ability to  work independently with little supervision.
• Business Acumen
• Attention to detail required.
• Use of computer.
