Job Title: Registered Nurse

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care across various healthcare settings.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise, critical thinking, and a deep commitment to patient advocacy and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific principles.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, monitor for side effects, and provide intravenous therapy as required.
• Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, post-treatment care, and health promotion.
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records (EHR) and patient reports.
• Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.

Requirements

• Registered and licensed Nurse (Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria license required).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Proficient in clinical nursing skills and patient assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of empathy.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Salary

• N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
