Job Title: Renal Dialysis Technician

Location: Alimosho, Lagos

Role Overview

We are seeking a competent and patient-focused Renal Dialysis Technician to support dialysis treatments and ensure safe operation of dialysis equipment.

The role involves preparing patients for dialysis, monitoring treatment sessions, and maintaining equipment in line with clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machines and consumables before treatment sessions.
• Assist patients before, during, and after dialysis procedures.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report abnormalities to medical staff.
• Operate and maintain dialysis equipment according to safety protocols.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and hygiene standards.
• Document treatment details accurately in patient records.
• Support nurses and physicians during dialysis-related procedures.
• Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting of dialysis machines.

Requirements

• Certification or training in Dialysis Technology or related healthcare field.
• Previous experience working in a dialysis unit or renal care facility.
• Knowledge of dialysis equipment, water treatment systems, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and on-call schedules if required.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification is an advantage.

Salary

N200,000 - N350,000 monthly.
