We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: State Sales Representative

Locations: Abuja, Nassarawa, Kaduna, Kano and Gombe

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving and surpassing assigned monthly target.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • Developing and managing a portfolio of customers.
  • Generating by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant agronomic solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

Building Your:

  • Strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Skills / Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Soil Science, Agronomy, Biochemistry, Microbiology etc.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience ideally in the Agricultural products marketing industry.
  • must have experience in Sales Training, which would be a strong advantage.
  • experience in Financial Services would be a strong advantage.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
  • Must be a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • The ideal candidate should be a strong networker & relationship builder
  • Male candidates are preferable
