Job Title: Technical Assistant - AGYW

Job Description
- Will provide supervisory roles to AYP/AGYW Champions to ensure optimized results, conduct mentorship and supportive supervision to the AYP Case managers and AGYW Champions/CTs across sites by liaising with Cluster Leads.
- He/she will coordinate all AYP/AGYW activities in the work plan are timely implemented, reported, and retired, provide innovative strategies to the AGYW Champions/CTs to achieve AGYW intervention targets and ensure 100% enrolment and ART initiation of all new HIV positive Clients identified via AGYW interventions.
- Also, he/she will support the AYP Case Managers to provide appointment reminder, tracking and adherence counselling to Pediatrics and Adolescent LHIV, support documentation of all interventions in the recommended Data Collections Tools (HIV prevention Register, MSFs) and reporting, maintain daily, weekly, and monthly data of AYP/AGYW achievement using Accountability Matrix template and make a presentation on AYP/AGYW activities in the GF NAHI project when called upon.
Minimum Recruitment Standards
- HND, B.Sc in a Medical field or Biological Sciences with 2 to 5 years post NYSC experience in program/project management.
- Possession of a post graduate degree in a related field is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Report Writing, activity budgeting, activity tracking with set timelines.
- Good working knowledge and proven skill in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet Browsing, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and set priorities to deliver on urgent tasks.
- Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs is highly desirable.
