The Abidjan-Lagos Corridor Organization (ALCO) is a subregional inter governmental organization which was established in2002 with the mission ofreducing the impact of HIV infection on interregional trade in West Africa. Within the framework of the New Fundinz Mechanism. the Global Fund (GF) grant allocated to ALC6 took new directions. This zrant focuses on a gradual transition of HIV prevention services to national programs and a reposition of intervenrions toward strengthening community system as well as the defense of human rights. The grant covers the period from 2016 lo20lS.The implementation of this new program requires the recruitment of qualified sraff to strengthen ALCO's management team based in Cotonou /Benin. To this effect, ALCO iS launching this call for applications for the vacant position:

Location: Nigeria
Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator. (s)he will ensure the implementation of community mobilization and humanrizhrs activities within the frame work of the Global Fund new funding mechanism.
Candidate Profile:
• The incumbent candidate must hold a Master degree in Law, Social Sciences, Public Health or any other related field of education;
• Demonstrate relevant experience in terms of human rights and HIV among key populations (MSM, SW)
• Must have proven experience in the field of key populations especially MSMandSW .
• Have good skills in terms of advocacy and negotiation in the countries .
• Haverelevant experience ill human rights capacity building
• Must have proven experience with NGO, involved in key populations particularly MSMand SW;
• Must demonstrate experience in organizing and conducting workshops: magazines/review, meetings with key partners:
• Must have at least eight (8) years of professional experience with proven experience in project management. with at least 2 vears experience U1 the framework of the implementation of activities ill favor of key populations including MSM and SW;
• Must have very good communication and leadership capacity;
• Must have good analysis and drafting capacity;
• Highly self-directed, motivated, must have team spirit;
• Flexibilityand good organization skills;
• Must be computerproficiem: Word, Excel. Power Point:

* Knowledge of key populations environment:
* Experience with a development project and knowledge of the project cycle;
* Knowledge of the LGBTlQproblematic:
• Must be fluent in both French and English;
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet set deadlines for the implementation of duties;
• Be flexible and able to work in a team within a multicultural environment;
