The conference is organized by SEHON in collaboration with the Institute of Environmental Health, FUTO and EHORECON with the aim of filling the gap and to building the capacity of Environmental Health Practitioners to initiate, conduct, publish and use research result for improved environmental health practice in Nigeria.
You will be expected to register for the conference with fifteen thousand Naira only, which can be paid directly into the Society's Account Number 0138704011 with FCMB and to bring with you the teller to the venue to obtain official receipt.
The objectives of the conference are:
To create awareness on the role of research in improved environmental health practice.
To build capacity and equip participants with knowledge and skills to initiate and conduct research in Environmental Health field in line with international best practice.
To identify resources available for research in Environmental Health in Nigeria.
To adopt a-5 year research agenda for Environmental Health in Nigeria.
To develop a template for Environmental Health research inventory in Nigeria
.NOTE : The Conference carries 10 credit points toward 2014 licensing.
