JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Hospital Administrator (FULL TIME)
JOB ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
The Hospital Administrator with relevant working experience.
Candidate should be computer proficient and have a sound relevant knowledge in hospital administration, excellent communication skills and advanced problem solving abilities while being able to work in a team.
JOB SUMMARY:
• Responsible for developing and directing the implementation of policies and programs in the resource departments and services of the hospital
• Acts as advisor to the Medical Director in development and implementation of hospital programs, policies and procedures.
• Ensures that all staff files are up to date with proper records and documentation
• Provide administrative support for all staff
• Ensures compliance of staff to processes and policies within the hospital
