IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES IN THE ASSESSMENT
EXAMINATION
Please use the following instructions to complete your Provisional Registration on or before 12th October 2013, to be eligible to participate in the induction ceremony scheduled to hold at Abuja on 22nd October, 2013.
1. Go to www.mdcnigeria.org to download and complete correctly Form A and Form G-1. www.medicalworldnigeria.com
2. Pay Thirty nine thousand, eight hundred and fifty naira only (N39,850.00k) only, intothe Council’s Account with the: Zenith Bank Plc, 1011879300, with the name :Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
3. Upload the following documents to [email protected], and copy: medicalcouncil @yahoo.com
A. Evidence of payment (Bank Teller)
B. Completed Form A and Form G-1
C. Current Passport Photograph
D. Medical Degree Certificate
E. School Certificate result
F. Birth Certificate/Declaration of age
4. Expatriate doctors are to download and adhere to the checklist for Temporary Registration from the website, make payment through bank-draft in favour of Medical and Dental Council and submit documents to any of our zonal offices for processing.
