HEFAMAA was set up by health sector reform law of 2006 to ensure improvement in the quality and efficiency of health care delivery in lagos state.
HEFAMAA performs its regulatory functions to ensure that the minimum set standards by law are maintained thereby securing the safety of lives of its citizenry.
To this end, the agency is organizing its second stakeholders meeting in the year 2013 with all healthcare providers, registered or non-registered, orthodox or non orthodox, private or government owned
